Women Shine in Ministry, But the Bible Reserves Headship for Men

Women have a huge role in Christian ministry—just look at Phoebe the deacon (Romans 16:1-2), Priscilla teaching Apollos (Acts 18:26), or Deborah leading Israel (Judges 4-5). But Scripture doesn’t place them as head pastors or elders. Passages like 1 Timothy 2:11-12 and 3:1-7 point to men in those roles, with no women named as elders in the Bible. I believe God designed it this way—not to limit women, but to shape the church with distinct roles. Check out my full thoughts in the blog post!

Can God Bless a Marriage Built on Adultery?

Marriage is sacred, but what happens when it’s built on adultery? The Bible permits divorce for infidelity or abandonment, yet a new union between adulterers—like a woman leaving her husband for her lover—starts with sin. Jesus calls remarriage after an unjustified divorce adultery (Matthew 19:9). God doesn’t bless such shaky foundations, as seen with David and Bathsheba’s judged beginnings. But grace can redeem. If repentance transforms the couple, God can work good from flaws (Romans 8:28)—not endorsing the start but reclaiming it. A flawed marriage isn’t doomed, but its blessing hinges on turning to Him

The Life in the Blood: How Jesus’ Blood and “Zoe” Redefine Our Family Tree

Leviticus 17:11 says life is in the blood—Jesus’ sinless blood carries ‘zoe,’ God’s eternal life. Born of Mary and the Holy Spirit, His uncorrupted blood broke sin’s curse from Adam, offering us rebirth (John 3:3). Through His sacrifice (Hebrews 9:11-14), we’re fathered from above, God’s children (1 Peter 2:9), alive with ‘zoe’ (John 10:10). His blood doesn’t just save—it transforms us into God’s family, bearing His nature (1 John 5:11-12). From Adam’s fall to Christ’s victory, blood tells our story: we’re not just redeemed, we’re infused with the very life of God!

The Laying on of Hands: A Foundational Power for All Believers

Check out my new blog post on the laying on of hands—a foundational power for all believers! Mark 16:17-18 says those who believe will lay hands on the sick, and they’ll recover. Jesus modeled it (Matt. 8:3), Paul lived it (Acts 28:8), and Hebrews 6:2 calls it elementary. From instant healings to progressive miracles (Mark 8:22-25), it’s not just for ‘special’ Christians—it’s for you. Step out in faith, touch the hurting, and see God move. Read more and share your stories—let’s reclaim this biblical practice together!

The Power and Authority of Jesus’ Name: Speaking Life, Binding Darkness

Discover the authority we have in Jesus’ name in my new blog post! Inspired by Charity Gayle’s ‘I Speak Jesus’ and my sermon ‘The Power of Prayer in Healing and Faith,’ I dive into how we can bind darkness and loose God’s power on earth (Matt. 18:18). Jesus’ name—above all names (Phil. 2:9-10)—breaks strongholds, heals, and brings life. We’re not victims; we’re victors with His power of attorney (Mark 16:17). Learn why and how to speak His name over every struggle. Read more and join the conversation—let’s unleash heaven together!

Appointing Elders: God’s Method, Not Man’s Invention

The Bible emphasizes that elders are divinely appointed through a process involving human participation, grounded in Scripture. They must meet specific qualifications and be chosen through prayer and discernment, not corporate methods. Elders play crucial spiritual roles, highlighting the importance of adhering to biblical guidelines in their selection and avoiding corporate models.
