Instead, a Convention of States (COS) under Article V offers a constitutional path to reform, with 19 states already supporting amendments for fiscal restraint, term limits, and limited federal power. A COS could achieve Musk’s goals, curbing spending and inefficiency, without fragmenting Republicans. As pastor of En-Joy Ministries, I urge rallying behind COS for unified, lasting change.
