The Silence of the West: A Call to Defend Our Faith, Freedom, and Future

April 29, 2025

If we do not stand up for our continent, our faith, our people, and our nations, history will mark this era as the moment Western civilization crumbled—not under the weight of invading armies, but because a corrupt elite flung open the gates and invited the enemy in. Worse, they forced the native population to bear the cost of their own displacement. As a Christian, a patriot, and a concerned citizen, I refuse to stay silent while our heritage slips away. But I cannot fight alone—and neither can our leaders, no matter how bold they are.

The Silence of the Church: Shepherds Without Courage

The Christian church, once the moral backbone of our society, has fallen eerily silent. Pulpits that should thunder with truth are muted, and the shepherds have lost their courage. The flock—God’s people—has scattered, left to wander without guidance. This is no accident. The Johnson Amendment, a 1954 law, shackles our churches, threatening them with IRS penalties if they dare speak on political issues or endorse candidates. This gag order stifles the church’s prophetic voice, neutering its ability to confront moral and cultural decay. It has no place in a free nation and must be repealed.

Even more shameful was the closure of churches during what I call the fakedemic—a so-called crisis that saw houses of worship deemed “non-essential” while liquor stores and big-box retailers remained open. In 2020, state and federal mandates forced congregations to shutter, denying Christians the right to gather in worship. This was not just a public health misstep; it was a spiritual betrayal. The church should have resisted, but too many pastors complied, leaving their flocks vulnerable. We must never allow such an assault on our faith again.

A Personal Plea: My Fight for Freedom

For years, I’ve poured my heart into letters and petitions to state and federal representatives, pleading for action on issues that threaten our nation’s soul. I’ve drafted calls to action like Repeal the Johnson Amendment: Restore Religious Freedom and Defend Christian Values and Abolish the Federal Reserve: Restore America’s Economic Freedom. These are not mere talking points—they address the spiritual and economic chains binding our country. The Johnson Amendment silences our churches, while the Federal Reserve, an unelected institution, fuels inflation and a staggering $33 trillion national debt (U.S. Treasury, 2025), eroding our economic sovereignty.

Yet, my efforts often meet silence. Friends and family rarely engage, sign, or share these petitions. It’s as if they believe President Donald Trump, re-elected to fight a corrupt system, can battle the forces of darkness alone. He cannot. No one can. Silence is not neutrality—it is surrender. If we do not act, we risk a future where our children live under laws and values alien to our Christian heritage, like Sharia law, which some warn could gain influence as demographic shifts accelerate. Pew Research projects that by 2050, Muslims could comprise 10% of Europe’s population, with similar trends emerging in North America due to migration and differing birth rates.

The Warning Signs: An Invasion by Invitation

The threats we face are not abstract—they are visible, urgent, and growing. Unchecked immigration, cultural erosion, and the deliberate dismantling of our values signal a crisis. History shows that nations fall when they lose their identity, and we are on that path. The elite invite this chaos, prioritizing globalism over sovereignty, while ordinary citizens bear the cost—economically, culturally, and spiritually.

Economically, the Federal Reserve’s policies have devalued our currency and saddled us with unsustainable debt. Spiritually, the Johnson Amendment and the fakedemic closures have weakened the church’s resolve. Culturally, we face a slow but deliberate replacement of our Judeo-Christian foundations. This is not a conspiracy—it’s a reality we see in our schools, our media, and our streets. If we do not act, we will be the generation that allowed the West to fall without a fight.

A Glimmer of Hope: Bold Leadership and Our Role

There is hope. President Trump’s Executive Order on auto tariffs, signed today, April 29, 2025, demonstrates what courageous leadership can achieve. By exempting cars with 85% domestic content from tariffs, this policy protects American jobs and strengthens our manufacturing base, rewarding companies like Tesla that invest in U.S. production. It’s a step toward economic sovereignty—but it’s not enough. One man, even a president, cannot save the West alone.

The church must reclaim its voice. Pastors must reject the Johnson Amendment, speak boldly, and lead their congregations with conviction. We, the people, must support them. Write to your representatives. Sign petitions. Share your concerns on platforms like X, where free speech still thrives. Vote for leaders who defend our values. Most importantly, pray—for wisdom, courage, and revival.

The Choice Is Ours

We stand at a crossroads. Will we be remembered as the generation that invited defeat, or the one that stood firm? The signs are clear, the stakes are eternal, and silence is complicity. I call on every Christian, every patriot, to act now. Repeal the Johnson Amendment. Abolish the Federal Reserve. Defend our faith, our freedom, and our future. Our children deserve a nation rooted in the values that made the West great.

Join me. Speak out. Fight back. The time is now. Share this post, sign the petitions, and let your voice be heard. Together, we can save the West.
