Understanding the Ukraine-Russia Conflict: A Deeper Perspective

If you’ve followed my posts, read my political commentary on my website, or watched my YouTube videos, you’re likely familiar with my views on Zelenskyy and the Ukraine-Russia war. Let me be clear, though: in no way do I support Putin or Russia. In fact, I’ve consistently highlighted the influence of both Russia and Iran as they build power in the region. Right now, Americans are deeply confused about global events, largely because they’re distracted by a barrage of competing narratives. This confusion isn’t accidental—it’s by design. Mainstream media can’t be trusted to provide straightforward, honest answers. We’ve seen them deploy misleading headlines, distort facts, and even manipulate video footage. Take Fox News, for example: just today, they ran an attention-grabbing headline suggesting Trump kicked Zelensky out of the White House, which isn’t exactly what happened. Fox, like the rest, twists reality and employs psychological warfare tactics—pushing emotional buttons through irritability, anxiety, doubt, and fear. As I’ve said before, they rely on behavioral profiles, exploiting predictable responses. Our mainstream news sources are unreliable; they sow confusion, and we must recognize this as a deliberate tactic used by our adversaries.

To me, this conflict extends far beyond Russia and Ukraine—it’s part of a much larger end-times scenario. Let me share my take on the geopolitical situation in the Middle East.

Russia is the key player here, closely tied to Iran, which is actively building a power base in the region—a development many seem to overlook. In my view, Russia is working to resurrect the former USSR, while Iran is reassembling the Persian Empire. Look at their geographical moves: under Iran’s influence, Hezbollah and Hamas—two major terrorist organizations—operate as powerful armies. Hamas controls Gaza, Hezbollah dominates Lebanon, and both sit on Israel’s borders. Hamas alone possesses hundreds of thousands of rockets, and I believe they’ll launch them when Iran gives the signal. I’m convinced we have enemies among us—warmongers embedded in Congress, the unelected bureaucracy, and NGOs. They didn’t need a Trojan Horse to infiltrate; they’re already here. The story of the Trojan Horse, first mentioned in The Odyssey, recounts how Greek soldiers ended a decade-long siege of Troy by hiding in a giant wooden horse presented as a gift to Athena. Similarly, these terrorists are now seeking an airfield in Damascus to establish a military air force capable of challenging Israel’s in future conflicts. Israel is aware of this threat.

Israel is increasingly surrounded. Rockets are flooding in, overwhelming the Iron Dome defenses. This war has already claimed many Jewish lives. Israel has no choice but to bomb these launch sites to survive.

This affects every American because Hezbollah, under Iran’s control, is scouting for a base of operations in the U.S. to carry out major terrorist attacks. Many, including myself, believe we’re witnessing the early stages of the Gog and Magog wars prophesied by Ezekiel in chapters 38 and 39. Ezekiel describes how, in the last days, God will place a “hook in the jaw” of the king of the north—modern-day Russia, in my view—forcing it into the Middle East. While no one can be certain, one thing I’m 100% sure of is this: God is in control, and those who think they’re acting independently are deluding themselves. The Hebrew word for “hook,” chach, means a hook or ring, like one used to lead a captive by the nose.
