Police brutality-Twisting the Narrative

Twisting the data. The left is twisting the data to fuel the narrative that the police departments are inherently, systemicly racist. That’s not what the numbers are actually indicating. According to a Washington Post database that track these numbers, they show that police officers fatally shot 1004 people in 2019 and of those, 41 were unarmed. If you break those numbers down among race you find 20 of those unarmed are white victims while 10 were black. Furthermore, according to the FBI, 89 police officers were killed in the line of duty last year. This false narrative and twisting of data is destructive to building police-community relationships. I have been to many community meetings, many community safety meetings and these gatherings had assigned community relations officers and I know, from this experience, that the police departments are putting a valiant effort towards strengthening the police-community relationships. These rabble-rousers , these rioters and the mainstream media all promote this as community unrest and that the community is sick and tired of police brutality but the reality is most of those communities have good relationships with the cops. The the whole picture of systemic racism is a farce and the numbers show it. People make a whole lot of money of pushing this lie.
